I have over 20 years of experience. My approach to psychotherapy is that we work as a team. I am both compassionate and direct. I provide a space for you to share your story, and I am also goal-driven. I incorporate research-based methods such as CBT, while tailoring to your specific needs. We will work on helping you gain some immediate relief while simultaneously building the blocks to maintain long-term wellness.

Connect with Me - Click the link below to schedule a complimentary phone call. This gives you the opportunity to tell me more about you and what you are seeking, and you can also learn more about my practice. Let’s establish, as best we can, if we are a good fit!

Begin Therapy - Becoming a client is easy. We set up a HIPAA protected patient portal, complete consent forms and brief questionnaires, and begin our work together. Therapy is usually once a week or once every other week.

Experience Growth - Let’s get to know each other, brainstorm goals for therapy, and begin our work together. Therapy with me is a combination of gaining insight and developing tools to manage emotions and stress.
